Who we are
This site is operated by Nysteria LLC, Jacksonville, Florida. It exists to run the Revenue Leak Scan — a short questionnaire that estimates revenue a dental practice may be losing to no-shows, unscheduled treatment, lapsed recall and unanswered calls.
Questions about anything on this page: seye@nysteria.com.
We do not collect patient information
The scan asks about your practice — how many operatories you run, roughly how many appointments are missed in a week, how recall is handled. It never asks about a patient, and you should never send us patient information.
We do not collect, store, request or want protected health information. If you send it to us by mistake — in a reply, a form field, or on a call — tell us and we will delete it.
What we collect
What you type. Your first name, practice name, email address and mobile number, plus your answers to the scan questions.
How you arrived. If you came from an ad, the campaign tags on the link (source, campaign, which creative), and the referring page.
Technical basics. IP address, browser and device type, and advertising cookies described below. These are collected automatically by nearly every website, including this one.
Booking details. If you book a call, Google Calendar records the appointment and the email address you booked with.
Why we collect it
To calculate and show you the estimate; to contact you about it; to schedule a call if you ask for one; to measure which ads bring people who find the scan useful; and to keep the site working and secure.
Every figure the scan produces is an estimate built from the answers you gave and stated industry averages. It is not a valuation, an audit, or a promise of any particular result.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other practices or with anyone building a marketing list.
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (storing your submission), Resend (sending email), Google (calendar booking), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. When you complete the scan, we send Meta a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your email, name and phone number so it can tell that an ad led to a completed scan. Meta cannot read the original values from the hash.
We never tell Meta anything about health, treatment, or patients — only that a business enquiry happened.
You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences, through your browser’s cookie settings, or with any standard tracker blocker. Blocking it does not affect your result — the estimate is calculated from your answers alone.
Email and text messages
If you complete the scan, we may email you about your result and how we might help. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it.
We only send text messages to people who have explicitly agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of anything we sell, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Scan submissions are kept for 24 months so we can follow up and understand which ads work, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
Email seye@nysteria.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. You do not need a legal reason to ask, and asking costs you nothing.
Security
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to Nysteria. No system is perfectly secure, which is one more reason this site never asks for patient records, insurance details, or payment information.
Children
This site is for dental practice owners and managers. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
